Return Process

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged goods or packaging.

Our quality control team will review your request and provide a return authorization code for eligible non-perishable items.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the items in their original gift box and shipping container to ensure they are protected during the return transit.
